Here is the role we are looking to fill:

As the No.1 dairy free alternative for baristas within specialty coffee Oatly Barista Edition is kind of a big deal in the coffee world. Were looking for an Oatly Barista enthusiast to the success and growth of this product and find solutions and concepts to expand consumption and occasions more broadly into the plates and cups of people throughout the day. There are boundless ways this can be done but at its core this job will entail:

• Leading and developing our team of Barista Market Developers to execute the strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the French coffee and foodservice scene
• Planning for and facilitating for the growth of the Barista team (as a collective and as individuals)
• Contribute to building the strategy in the coffee and restaurant scene with the General Manager and the sales team then define the scope of action work ways of working and routines qualitative and quantitative objectives and optimize reporting.
• Working with the Brand Commercial and Innovation team to further the Oatly mission to reduce consumer reliance on dairy
• Strategic responsibility for Oatly activations and promotions within the coffee and foodservice industry

WANTED:Barista Market Developer Manager

• Identifying creating and maintaining strong relationships which lead to mutually beneficially outcomes for Oatly and the top tier coffee shops restaurants and bakeries
• Using your unique personality and strong credibility to win over baristas chefs owners and investors
• Building fantastic & meaningful relationships with customers partners and the Oatly crew
• Working with your team to expand understanding of how sustainability impacts the coffee and foodservice industry

This role reports into General Manager France.

Here are the top 3 critical things we need from someone for this role:

• You have solid experience within the specialty coffee/foodservice/restaurant industry with demonstrable commercial experience and have been responsible for the growth of a channel within a business
• You have a deep understanding of how the coffee and/or restaurant industry works in the France
• You have at least 4 years experience managing leading and developing a team
