Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: HND/Bachelor s degree.
2 years Agency/High volume recruitment experience is preferred
Passionate about finding high quality candidates and matching them to open roles
Skilled with sourcing tools/platforms (LinkedIn Google Xray Search Twitter Facebook etc)
Has access to a rich database of diverse candidate profiles
Has access to an active network of professionals in any industry
Resultoriented/Targetdriven
Core expertise in any professional industry is a plus
Able to work fully remotely proficient with relevant technology (workspace and work tools)
Great communication skills
Project Management skills (accustomed to tight deadlines)
Responsibilities
Provide a shortlist of 3 5 (maximum) qualified candidates for any advised brief within 5 business days
Maintain an open line of communication with and provide regular feedback to stakeholders (Recruitment Project Manager and candidates)
Deliver a positive candidate experience to all applicants
Adhere to relevant data protection laws
