Tasks

• Get to know our users (skilled bluecollar workers) and build an understanding of their needs and aspirations through interviews and other research methods.
• Use your exceptional product design skills to design and deliver thoughtfully crafted experiences that help our users achieve their goals.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional partners such as product engineering data analysts across all phases of the product development process and work together as a team towards a shared mission
• Use your storytelling and prototyping skills to drive alignment with the squads and stakeholders
• Be the go to person for product management and engineering in your squad to clarify and unblock any design related questions and concerns
• Elevate our practices and processes in the Design Chapter to improve usercentricity and design quality across the organisation

Requirements

• You have a well crafted portfolio with relevant projects that showcases your skills and experience. For this role we are specifically interested in someone who has excellent visual design skills
• You have 3 years of proven experience designing UI and visual experiences in crossfunctional teams or in an agency setup
• You have a solid understanding of visual and communication design principles including typography iconography and grid systems with experience applying this knowledge across various platforms
• You practise evidencebased design and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly
• You enjoy designing maintaining and implementing design systems with precision from start to finish including the development process
• You can prototype at various fidelities and can communicate in an inspiring and effective manner
• You can work efficiently with common tools such as Figma Adobe CC Notion etc. and can prototype visual & motion at a higher fidelity e.g. Adobe After Effects Lottie / Rive etc.
• You can effectively collaborate in English German is a plus
