To join the Cologne Head Office of the school group with the possibility of alternatively working from either the Munich or the Dsseldorf RheinRuhr campus or remotely we are looking for a parttime (15 25 hours):

Travel & Training Administrator (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for ensuring customer happiness of our users (teachers and administrative staff) and keeping on top of tasks within a busy and varied field of work.

Tasks

  • Booking of travel and training in accordance with internal policies both nationally and internationally
  • First point of contact for all employees course providers and transportation services for all inquiries concerning travel and training
  • Documentation of booking processes
  • Invoice verification and approval in collaboration with the financial accounting department

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in travel and training booking desirable
  • IT affinity
  • Willingness to build understanding of technical systems and learn new skills
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English German language skills desirable
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and still achieve highquality results
  • Disciplined with a high degree of accuracy integrity and work ethics
  • Selfmotivated and independent
