SAP S4HANA Project Lead

Recruit 121 is partnering with a Global Mining company in their search for an experienced S/4HANA Project Lead. The successful candidate will oversee all S/4HANA responsibilities for the company from start to completion

Tasks

• Guide projects and provide strategic suggestions for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate effectively between the group applications manager and key business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the global template actively engaging in its advancement.
• Engage in proactive communication with both internal and external consultants despite the absence of direct reports.
• Oversee the S/4HANA implementation process from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in change management is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an S/4HANA program.
• Established track record of effective communication with business stakeholders displaying confidence in handling objections and articulating key points.
