We at the Digital Career Institute are looking for a Salesforce Administrator subjectmatter expert with a strong Trailblazer profile and a record of teaching or mentoring. Ideally with demonstrated experience creating leading and delivering engaging training sessions. Join us fulltime as a trainer/instructor from within Germany.

Our mission at the Digital Career Institute is to help people get started in the field by providing qualified training. As part of a large and growing team we train and coach our students professionally and personally to ensure a seamless start to their new (digital) career.

What is the Salesforce course about

• course participants will learn how to work with the cloud platform over an 8month timeframe
• students learn through customized materials and get handson experience with Trailhead exercises
• the curriculum covers Salesforce fundamentals automation tools and the sales & business cycle(s)

Your Tasks

• share your passion with all course students and collect their feedback and make the learning content practical and the learning experience a motivating one
• give your students a comprehensive insight into Salesforce Administrator fundamentals and applications
• take responsibility for the further development of the Englishlanguage teaching materials together with the course product owner
• empower and mentor your students throughout their learning journey (including the Administrator exam) and up to their graduation

Take responsibility from day one:

• you will be the subjectmatter expert who manages designs and is responsible for the curriculum (including maintaining its authenticity and aiming to build out the content)
• create training materials for the Associate and Administrator examinations
• clearly explain and communicate new content and adjustments in the curriculum to peers and stakeholders
• collaborate with crossfunctional teams: work effectively with colleagues from various departments to ensure that the Salesforce content is aligned with overall business goals
• stay uptodate on Salesforce developments: continuously learn about new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure our curriculum is uptodate

You...

• have several years of demonstrable practical experience with Salesforce (Administrator) as an SME or trainer/consultant and a record of teaching
• have acquired Salesforce certifications at minimum the Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201
• understand the Lightning component framework and a strong Trailblazer profile
• have at least a basic understanding of Salesforce coding and integration options
• speak English at a native level and have experience as a trainer or mentor

Nicetohave skills:

• working experience with Rise and Google Classroom
• fluency in written and spoken German
