This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the operations concerning cash receipt, disbursement, and the organization’s bank account. • Collects payment by accepting cash or debit/credit card payments from customers and makes change if necessary • Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate • Issue receipts or refunds • Cross-sell products to the customers • Resolve complaints, and guide the customer by providing relevant information • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store • Maintain clean and tidy check-out areas • Track transactions and report any discrepancies • Bag, box, or wrap goods • Handle returns or exchanges
