My client a leading producer of natural ingredients company focuses on serving the cosmetics food and beverage and supplements sectors.
As the sales manager for the EMEA region you will drive sales and marketing activities across the food and beverage supplements and cosmetics sectors. Your role involves acquiring new clients and fortifying relationships with existing ones contributing to the growth targets of both the regional office and the overall group. As a vital member of the sales team you will enhance market positioning and share by forging strategic relationships within the nutrition supplements cosmetic and food ingredient markets.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Develop and execute annual work plans to expand the client base and related business for natural ingredients within food and beverage supplements and cosmetics.
- Achieve ambitious annual sales targets through strategic work plans.
- Identify lead opportunities and potential crosssales to drive volume growth.
- Professionally represent the brand to secure sustainable sales.
- Utilize marketing tools organize representation at key events and trade shows.
- Establish trusted performancedriven relationships with clients fostering their success and generating profitable growth.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in selling ingredients to the food and beverage supplements nutraceuticals or cosmetics sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Innate drive to close new deals and cultivate longterm relationships.
- Structured approach to market analysis account management and financial success (sales profit cash flow).
- Proficient technical product and industry knowledge within the ingredients sector facilitating collaboration with technical and commercial partners.
- Professional proficiency in English and German with French language skills highly valued.
- Inherent drive to secure new deals and foster longterm relationships.
- Willingness to allocate a minimum of 50% of your time to visit and meet clients within Northern Europe encompassing Germany France The Netherlands and the UK.
- This role is homebased providing flexibility to reside in Germany the UK France The Netherlands or other Northern European locations.
