Job Description

Supervise and monitor the preassembly team. Check that all base plate are set and secure in the right manner with the sleepers.
Ensure that the sleepers surface are excepted by LTA requirement.
Supervise the panel assembly team. Ensure that the right rail is being fix before the panel is bring down to the tunnel.
Co ordinate the loading of the panel to the loco with the lifting team.
Check on the welding team ensuring the proper measurement for welding have been done on the BRC.
Follow thru the panel laying team and ensuring that the panel is lay correctly following the drawing.
Method of statement is to be follow by all workers.
Involved in the inspection with LTA.
Prepares daily work activity reports and submit to section manager and senior engr.
Ensures safety work practices are followed on site by the respective subcontractors
And reports to the senior engineer and safety personnel for any unsafe practices
Requirements
Working hours rotating 8hr 2hr OT
- min. 23 yrs. experience in trackwork project
