Senior Product Manager fmd - SAP Signavio Integration

As a Senior Product Manager you will shape the future of our integrated product offering and go from showing whats happening on the process side to being a fully integrated & acting part of a business transformation suite. Your responsibilities will include exploring advanced functionalities for example leveraging process intelligence (process mining) to accelerate transformation activities or introducing transformation scoping capabilities from a process perspective to increase the value for our customers.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU

• You will be the acknowledged expert for your part of the product become the GoTo Person for this area
• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs incorporating their feedback into the integration process. Engage in discussions on the evolving landscape of business transformation and enterprise architecture
• Directly communicate with stakeholders both within and outside LeanIX articulating customer needs and influencing product strategy to align with market trends
• Engage closely with product leadership to align your integration work with the overarching product vision challenging and influencing the overall product strategy
• Collaborate directly with product marketing sales and various functions within a modern SaaS company. Understand market dynamics competition and influence product positioning and perception
• Take responsibility for the products backlog and roadmap prioritizing topics for the teams focus and ensuring timely delivery of customer value
• Together with your team you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Product Management experience ideally as well as a Product Owner of at least 35 years
• Background in one of the following topics is a plus: Enterprise architecture involvement in IT transformation programs and/or the understanding of the importance of process management
• Experience working with various functions within a modern SaaS company including product leadership UX design Customer Success Enablement and Sales & Marketing
• Enjoy a handson approach thriving in an agile software development environment while collaborating effectively within an agile engineering team
• Holistic view on the product you are only happy once your features are in use and deliver the value customers need
• Fluent English is mandatory
