LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Head of Sales MidMarket DACH (f/m/d) with a demonstrated track record of overachieving ambitious sales targets in a high performance SaaS environment. This critical role will work closely with all Account Executives as well as the entire go to market organization and report to the Sales Director MidMarket EMEA.

• As a role model you mange sales cycles end to end and close opportunities within your own target accounts

• you build strong relationships with your team as a basis to coach and mentor its members to achieve outstanding sales results and a high level of forecast accuracy whilst maintaining a great team spirit

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ( max. 5 topics rather resultsbased than taskoriented )

• Profound experience in similar role with a focus on sales / sales management within a SaaS environment
• Experience with managing sales cycles end to end from discovery to negotiating and closing
• First experience building and managing sales teams
• Skilled role model with a track record of successfully hitting targets quarter after quarter year after year
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
