Company will provide single person visa not family Visa** Excellent communication skills is mandatory **JD-• Only female can apply. • Excellent communication skills is required. • Support the development and implementation of HR related initiatives. • Develops and designs HR policies and procedures. • Be actively involved / coordinate and implement all recruitment initiatives by the Academy (i.e., by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process etc.). • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans. • Develop training and development programs. • Assist in performance management processes. • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues (if any). • Maintain employee records (attendance, salary offer letter, contracts etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. • Perform other ad hoc functions as required by the Management. • Should hold bachelors or masters degree from a reputed University. • With at least 2 years of solid experience in handling Human Resources related activities and functions(Recruitment, time keeping, payroll processing, employee management, assessment and evaluation, policy implementation). • Proficient in written and articulate in verbal communication (English).
