Job Description
The role is responsible for expanding global business with new and existing multi-million dollar accounts. Your involvement will circulate around, but not limit to, i.a.:
- Create and execute Account Management Plan that encompasses our position, direction, and strategic way forward with Customers.
- Qualifying leads and opportunities according to our strategy and strengths.
- Identifying early in the sales stages what is customer's intention to buy is and what are winning factors are.
- Utilizing your contact network in combination with marketing-generated leads to build a sales pipeline.
- Reaching beyond Account Team to bring new ideas and capabilities on board
- Creatively translate Customer goals and priorities, company experience and capabilities into deals.
- Proactively seeks new stakeholders and departments to expand cooperation within the Account.
- Leverage the Delivery team's presence on account to harvest opportunities for up-sell, change requests and work extensions.
- Participating in a multifunctional team through the whole sales cycle to win new business.
- Creating new where-to-play ideas and building a go-to-market approach for selected segments.
An ideal candidate should currently be holding a position as the Business Development or Global Account Director, being accountable for the relationship and growth strategies, with a proven track record in IT, consulting or the CPG industry (strong IT orientation is a must). His/her international exposure and understanding of the global CPG environment challenges are critical.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling IT services and custom IT solutions.
- Fluency in modern IT and business trends. Ability to elaborate on how AI, Data Science, and Digitalization will influence business and consumers.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Analytic, Enterprise IT ecosystem.
- Experience with corporate customers. Good communication skills and customer understanding.
- Ability to adapt to multiple communication styles as required by the audience and situational context.
- Ability to explain the business value of technology application.
- Background in consulting/custom solutions/professional services would be an asset.
