Job Description

- Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for facility management projects.
- Conducts site survey to ensure project actual requirements and determine the scope of work.
- Evaluate and analyze Request for proposals “RFPs” to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Solicits and analyzes subcontractor and vendor pricing input when required.
- Prepare Cost summary sheets, technical compliance, and risk assessment and all required for management review and approval.
