Technical Business Analyst

Actively participate in software configuration and testing projects through initiation analysis execution and implementation phases. This is a handson techno functional role that will engage with cross functional business and technology team members through the project lifecycle to develop and configure the business requirements to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements. The Business Analyst takes ownership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholder needs and client expectations.

Senior Techno functional role willing to work late IST and probably thru 12 to 1 PM CST hours; Medicare domain knowledge; Client facing role experience; Product domain experience; 58 yrs industry experience and basic familiarity with SQL & .Net.

Skills :

Assist the Product Solution Lead/ Manager in driving the implementation.

Guide and mentor Jr. BA in the team and drive their deliverables.

Understand and analyse client requirement and translate the requirements into a functional solution and configure the solution in the product.

Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and manage expectations.

Participate in full life cycle of design development and testing phases.

Identify issues structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance or handholding.

Work with technical team on user stories as needed.

Answer business questions and concerns raised by client as needed.

Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements.

Participate in project planning tracking and sprint ceremonies.
