Procurement Trainee

This Procurement Trainee role is full time summer holiday substitution between MayAugust (34 months).

Key responsibilities

Procurement Trainee will coordinate purchases and related services. She/he ensures the ontime delivery and the lowest total cost. Work can include tasks related to supporting product project coordination as well.

In this job you will share proactively information in the Supply Chain and inside Evac organization as well as maintain and develop operational relationships with Suppliers. You will work in close contact with the Suppliers e.g. monitoring delivery confirmations and actual deliveries.

As a Procurement Trainee you will contribute to the development of purchasing processes and tools. You will also resolve delivery inventory and Supplier issues.

Keys to success

We expect you to preferably have at least a Bachelor level education from business or engineering or ongoing studies in one of these fields. You have at least a moderate technical understanding of assigned spare parts and Suppliers. We expect you to have fluent written and spoken English.
