Your Role

Our Inside Business Development Representatives are responsible for expanding PSC Software s international business opportunities. As an Inside Business Development Representative you will play a critical role in the future expansion of PSC Software into new markets and the longterm success of the software division. This role is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow as a salesperson in the competitive and technical life sciences industry.

  • Make outbound sales calls effectively engaging with new prospects to present PSC Software products and solutions.
  • Develop creative email campaigns in your assigned region to supplement outbound calls to new prospects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of other unique outreach campaigns.
  • Manage your prospects as you cultivate relationships to generate leads for PSC Software s field sales team.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to contact prospects before and after events like trade shows and conferences.
  • Work with marketing and business development to build creative and informative materials to send to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to incorporate target companies into your outreach cadence.
  • Generate sales reports when required.
  • Document all sales activities in CRM system.
  • Travel as needed is required.
  • Additional responsibilities as required in order to support overall goals.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related.
  • 12 years of relevant experience within sales business development and client relationship management.
  • A demonstrated passion for sales and technology.
  • Strong drive to learn.
  • Excellent organization planning and time management skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with analysis software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel.
