- Manage the Design & Selection of Assessment & Development Center tools
- Assist in Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that drive employee development and enhance organization performance.
- Analyzing employees TNA & mapping their skills upon required competencies
- Conducting TNA to determine employees’ needs of skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that training and development needs are met.
