- 3+ years of experience in servicing and repairing compressors or related equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles and experience with repair and installation of mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
