Indicative responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams on various projects contributing to their successful execution.

• Develop satisfaction engagement pulse and other survey questionnaires; analyze collected data.

• Provide hands on support on the preparation of client seminars and workshops including the preparation of relevant materials.

• Conduct comprehensive research across different fields to support the implementation of consulting projects.

• Draft tenders and proposals for client submissions.

• Collect analyze and present data creating metrics and analytics.

• Analyze companies preparing management and human resources infrastructure such as organizational charts job descriptions policies procedures and performance management systems.

• Generate detailed reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Possess any degree; emphasis on attitude.

• Proficient in written and oral Greek and English.

• Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent command of Office365 applications.

• Embrace a growth mindset with a strong desire to learn.

• Demonstrate energy enthusiasm and ambition.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Power BI SPSS or other statistical packages.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Flexibility and willingness to engage in diverse tasks.
