Application Support Engineer

• Providing software applicationsupport under the supervision of the SeniorEngineer. • Performing analyses on softwareapplication functionality and suggestingimprovements. • Ensuring effective front-end andback-end functionality ofapplications. • Consulting with the softwaredevelopment team, internal users, and clients to improveapplication performance. • Managing codemigration across environments to ensure continued and synchronizedfunctionality. • Establishing the root causes ofapplication errors, and escalating serious concerns to the SeniorEngineer. • Keeping a record of configurationchanges and scheduling applicationupdates. • Documenting processes and monitoringapplication performance metrics. • Providingfront-end support to clients and colleagues in otherdepartments.
