Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of new businessopportunities within the Corporate Sector through proactiveoutreach, referrals, and leveraging your existing portfolio. • Attend industry conferences and events to expand yourprofessional network, and effectively represent our company. • Conduct comprehensive research and strategically plancustomer acquisition efforts. • Develop and nurture strongrelationships with potential and existing clients. • Collaborate with various business teams, including specializedunits (Trade Credit, Cyber, Financial, and Professional Services). • Create, negotiate, and execute sales proposals acrossour full suite of products. • Assist in the preparation ofdue diligence reports and presentations in response to clientrequests, working closely with the proposal team and keystakeholders. • Deliver presentations and provide guidanceat the C-Suite level. • Strive to exceed sales performancetargets consistently. • Maintain accurate records of allclient interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate withinternal businesses within the Marsh McLennan Group (Mercer, OliverWyman, Guy Carpenter). • Stay updated on the latest trendsin Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products. • Offersupport and guidance to junior team members and contribute to thedevelopment of our future New Business Strategy. Workwith the IMEA marketing team to support and create thoughtleadership content relevant to your target market What We Look For: • Proven sales experience within the Insurance Industry. • Possession of an existing portfolio of CorporateClients. • Strong communication skills with a knack forbuilding and closing relationships. • Energetic, positive,and capable of performing well under pressure. • Strategicthinker with excellent multitasking abilities. • In-depthunderstanding of the Insurance industry Product Suite andLandscape. • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
