Job Description

Popcentral Nigerias leading entertainment platform is in search of a dynamic and strategic professional to assume the role of Lead People & Administration. This leadership position requires a seasoned individual who can effectively oversee both HR functions and administrative operations fostering a positive work environment and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Popcentrals mission and values.
    • Lead talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
  2. Administrative Oversight:

    • Provide administrative leadership ensuring efficient daytoday operations.
    • Supervise administrative staff fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  3. Facility Management:

    • Oversee facility management ensuring a safe clean and wellmaintained workspace.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to address facilityrelated needs.
  4. People Development:

    • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  5. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a liaison between employees and management addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
    • Conduct regular checkins and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring alignment with labour laws and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws regulations and company policies.
  7. Administrative Efficiency:

    • Streamline administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Implement and optimize systems for smooth daytoday operations.
  8. Leadership Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to align HR and administrative efforts with organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic input on initiatives impacting both people and administrative functions.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in HR leadership and administrative oversight.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition employee engagement and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR and administrative initiatives with organizational goals.
