Lead Traffic Schedules

Overview:

Popcentral Nigerias foremost general entertainment platform is introducing a new role and we are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team as the Lead Traffic & Schedules. In this crucial role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production schedules show logistics and postshow activities. Your role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution resource allocation and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Schedules:

Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules for all Popcentral shows.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with content strategies deadlines and resource availability.

Supervise and arrange all preshow production needs including technical requirements and logistics.

2. Show Logistics:

Oversee the allocation of resources to all stakeholders involved in production including internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate with the Production team to ensure that all show requirements are met from set design to technical specifications.

3. PostShow Activities:

Supervise and arrange all postshow needs including cuts for social media promotions clients and distribution outlets such as our app.

Collaborate with the Content team to ensure seamless distribution and promotion of postshow content.

4. Interdepartmental Coordination:

Interface internally and externally with all teams stakeholders and departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

Collaborate with Marketing Content and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of shows and activities.

5. Resource Allocation:

Allocate resources efficiently considering the needs of various departments and ensuring optimal utilization.

Liaise with external partners and vendors to secure necessary resources for production.

6. Scheduling Execution:

Develop and maintain a master schedule for all shows and activities ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

Collaborate with the Lead Creators & Content to align production schedules with content strategies.

Proven experience in scheduling and traffic management within the entertainment industry. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
Familiarity with production workflows and postshow processes.

Detailoriented with the ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts. Proficient in relevant scheduling software and tools.
