● Conduct Food and health and safetyinspections and investigations by compiling and analyzing data ofpotential hazards, unsafe conditions or environmental concerns andshare findings,
● Support in resolving serious customercomplaint escalation processes locally
● Liaise betweenoperations and leagal team as and when required, is the the firstPOC for support on food safety and quality management.
●Support in coordination for withdrawals and recalls of products andserious incidents
● Ensure the execution of all localfood safety authority enforcement action is compliedwith.
