Marketing Officer Role Profile
The Marketing Officer provides support for our company marketing communications and sales activities. This role encompasses creative analytical digital commercial and administrative responsibilities. Reporting to the Marketing Director the Marketing Officer works closely with colleagues in sales and operations.
The role focusses on 5 main areas:
Website(s)
- Maintain the website for Visiativ UK ABGI Innova IFTC Braithwaite
- Manage the website CMS (Wordpress) working with developers to ensure it is meeting the needs of the organisation
- conduct site audits to identify issues
- create and implement content schedules
- analyse analytics data to identify trends and opportunities
Social Media
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and daytoday activities
- Act as business champion for Linkedin (best practise and adoption)
- Create curate and manage all published content
- create and implement content schedules
- analyse analytics data to identify trends and opportunities
- manage Visiativ UK Youtube channel
Events
- Manage the coordination of company events exhibitions and tradeshows.
- support the sales team with promotion of events via website and social
- attend events as and when needed to support the team
Data
- Create lists for marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing database
Inhouse marketing support
- Testimonial and Case Studies Champion
- Maintenance of marketing related calendar of events
- Maintenance of marketing collateral library
Competence Experience & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- A passion for design
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team with the desire to put forward independent ideas.
- Selfmotivated proactive and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) 12 months
- Good knowledge of Wordpress 12 months
- Good knowledge of Hootsuite 12 months
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite would be a bonus!
Whats in it for you
