• Conduct regular safety inspections on the construction site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document and report findings and collaborate with site personnel to address identified issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs for project personnel subcontractors and visitors.
• Ensure that all individuals on the site are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
• Promptly report and document all incidents accidents and near misses on the site.
• Assist in investigating incidents identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
• Participate in drills and exercises to ensure the readiness of the project team in responding to emergencies.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential hazards associated with construction civil works and landscaping activities.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Communicate safety messages and updates to project teams and contractors.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging reporting and discussion of safety concerns.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) onsite.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the functionality of safety equipment.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Participate in initiatives to minimize the projects environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections training sessions and incidents.
• Prepare reports on safety performance and submit them to the HSE Manager.
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure they comply with safety requirements.
• Conduct safety orientations for new contractors joining the project.
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to address safety concerns and foster positive relationships.
• Represent the project in HSE matters during meetings with external parties.

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HSE role on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct safety training sessions effectively.
• Saudi National with an understanding of the local culture and regulatory landscape.
