Qualifications And Skills
- UiPath certification is must for automation and architecture (Automation Developer Professional or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is required)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in process modeling, analysis, and automation implementation, with a focus on UiPath, and deep understanding of business domains such as Regulation Authority, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with BPM tools and methodologies.
- Programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
