Conduct meetings with concerned departments and/or program/project teams to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technical requirements of the requested services and provide high level risks associated with pre- contract award administration.
Participate as a member in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation and Negotiation Committee and provide Contract life-cycle management support for the projects undertaken by the organization.
Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risk and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical & commercial aspects.
Finalize technical & commercial terms & conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.
