About the job
- Conduct meetings with concerned departments and/or program/project teams to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technical requirements of the requested services and provide high level risks associated with pre- contract award administration.
- Participate as a member in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation and Negotiation Committee and provide Contract life-cycle management support for the projects undertaken by the organization.
- Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risk and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical & commercial aspects.
- Finalize technical & commercial terms & conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.
