Title: Accountant Quick book

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat (Onsite only)

Managing India Accounts Team and provide Profit loss statements reports to US team.

Keeping track of time sheets and invoice terms Payment terms.

Should be a PRO in Excel and Quick Books.

Required in India to help with Accounts Receivable tasks as well as some project administrative duties.

This unique position is kind of a hybrid role candidate we are looking for will work mostly on AR and Accounting tasks however there are other responsibilities such as PO request submission on client portal and Purchase Order management where he/she has to act as a liaison between Accounting and Operation department.

Accurate & timely completion of Payroll Processes for US clients Weekly Biweekly SemiMonthly pay periods as per pay hours.

Creation & verification of new hires entry of exits/terminations.

Maintain compliance with existing US tax laws.

The Candidate should have Quick Books Certificate.

Generate client wise Sales& Service invoices and E way bills in tally

Track the receivables and follow up with clients till receipt of payments

Tally the client wise payment receipts through cash / cheque/bank transfers

Tally cheques/ bank transfers receipts are credited by clients

Observe any cheque bounces and coordinate with client s further receipt of payments

Prepare the payment Client wise payment receivable aging report and coordinates with sales team for payment collections

Create and maintain client master data

Minimum seven to nine years of hands on experience in designing, developing and supporting multiple mission critical web and windows applications using application/data security best practices and following programming languages/technologies is a MUST. ASP.NET (4.6+) with MVC and/or Razor pages, C#, .Net Core 3+ and/or .Net 6 Programming VB.Net and MSMQ HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular JS/6 + .Net Core 3+, .Net 6 RESTful APIs and SOAP Services Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming and batch processing Customer focus, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills is a MUST Experience working with custom software solutions and customer programs for utilities industry is a plus. Experience with python programming is a plus. Experience with Production Control/support process and best practices and enterprise job scheduling tools like UC4 Automic is a plus. Experience interfacing with enterprise application systems like Oracle C2M and Oracle Financial, ESRI/GIS as well as upgrading applications to .Net 6 and above is a plus
