Mandarin Speaking Technical Client Service Specialist

Established in 2007 our client is a listed global biotechnology company manufacturing high quality research reagents for basic translational and clinical research. Their laboratories consist of over 80000 square meters producing cDNAs recombinant proteins antibodies and antibodybased kits that are used to study cellular function and human diseases. Their products are supported through a network of distributors in North America Europe and Asia.

• Provide customers with product quotations and accurately enter customer orders in the operating system
  
• Familiar with company products provide customers with relevant product and service information
  
• Collect improve and update customer information
  
• Analyse and summarize feedback from customers and other functional departments to optimize the customer service process
  
• Assist customers to solve related technical problems
  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
  
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
  
• Cooperate with the marketing team to complete the companys sales and promotion tasks in various regions
  
• Provide statistics on sales customer information and customer payments for other functional departments
  

• Master degree or above major in bioengineering biochemistry and molecular biology immunology cell biology chemistry and chemical industry
  
• Open to recent graduates
  
• Familiar with office software such as ppt and excel
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese knowledge of German is a plus
  
• Outgoing personality openminded able to selfmotivate and strive to achieve goals
  
• Serious and responsible proactive with a strong sense of service
  
• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork skills
