Your Role

We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate with suppliers and audit teams who will play a critical role in driving and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team actively contributing to content creation managing campaigns overseeing marketing tasks and ensuring cohesive and effective approaches to our overall marketing initiatives. Successful candidates should be passionate about website development promotional content and content design coupled with strong project management skills.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans campaigns schedules content planning and so on.
  • Oversee endtoend marketing execution of marketing campaigns and required tasks.
  • Lead content creation efforts ensuring the development of highquality and engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Create and develop compelling content including videos blogs whitepapers etc.
  • Utilize AI marketing tools to enhance campaign targeting personalization and performance.
  • Support web development activities to optimize the companys online presence ensuring websites are userfriendly and aligned with marketing and overall company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor landscape etc.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance online visibility.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in related discipline.
  • 25 years of working experience in marketing (within the life science industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of web development graphic design and promotional content creation.
  • Experience with video editing and associated tools (Final Cut Pro or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and AI Marketing Tools.
  • Experience in conducting effective market research.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage/coordinate marketing initiatives and tasks working collaboratively across teams.
  • Experienced in Adobe Suite (Illustrator Photoshop Canva etc.)
  • Knowledge of Word Press back end.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
