What You Will Do

The Insight Manager plays a leadership role in the design and reporting of primary quantitative research efforts for mindsight clients. You will maintain and enhance relationships with clients while leading quantitative research projects including questionnaire design sampling plan analytic plan and report design. Your strong quantitative research knowledge and experience with a variety of quantitative methodologies will be used on a range of interesting projects. You have the ability to apply a strategic thinking lens to your research objectives to connect multiple pieces of data across a larger study to form recommendations that will help clients achieve their goals.

Who You Are

Being highly organized and leveraging your project management skills you will lead multiple quantitative research projects that will aid clients in identifying and solving interesting business challenges. You have strong strategic thinking skills and are highly collaborative. You are a strong communicator and have exceptional customer service skills. Candidates will have experience with a variety of quantitative methodologies ideally including concept tests product tests variety sorts attitude & usage studies and tracking studies. You also enjoy mentoring or managing others.
