CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions responsible for financing and managing visa application centers to process their Schengen visa applications.

We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250000 visa applicants each year.

As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our IT Department in Baku and are looking for a Helpdesk Technician Second Line with a passion for new challenges within a dynamic and human focused company.

Permanent position based in Baku (Azerbaijan)

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

The Helpdesk Technician Second Line at Capago manages the IT systems of the company and is the main point of contact between employees and the IT department.

His/Her main mission is to provide technical support and assistance to the employees and maintain the operational conditions of the IT infrastructure of the group.

  • Managing the IT systems of the company

    Installing & configuring hardware and software monitoring asset status performing backups and hardware maintenance ;

    Correcting IT Issues ;

    Receiving and managing request sent to the department diagnosing and taking corrective actions.

      • Assisting employees

      Responding to users request and assisting them by resolving their issues providing proximity and distance support.

      • Managing It related projects for the group

      Preparing the opening of new centers drafting procedures and communicating them participating in IT projects for the group.

      REQUIRED SKILLS

      The skills required for this position are:

      • Fluency in English and French mandatory;
      • HTML coding experience mandatory
      • Organizational skills ;
      • Perseverance rigour and precision ;
      • Reactivity ;
      • Creativity ;
      • Technical skills and in search for innovations ;
      • Performancedriven mindset ;
      • Communication skills ;
      • Ability to work under pressure.

      DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCE

      • 2 years experience max in a same position ;
      • Matric & University degree or equivalent in computer science ;
      • Studies in informatics and specialization in computer networks ;
      • Significant experience in a IT Team.
