**$3,000 Sign on Bonus upon hire**

LVN - $24.00-$26.06/hourly (DOE)

RN - $32.18/hourly

GVN (graduated but not licensed) - $24.00/hourly

Charge Nurse Job Description:

• Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
  
• Training shifts provided
  
• Shift pick up bonuses provided
  
• 128 bed facility with 3 neighborhoods
  
• 1/20 nurse/patient ratio
  

Charge Nurse Qualifications:

• Licensed LVN, LPN, RN or GVN
  
• Charge Nurse must have BLS Certification
  
• Open to new graduates
  
• No prior experience required
