Job Summary (Mandatory)
Own Personal Banking segment strategy and its execution, thereby supporting achievement of revenue, balance sheet and operating profit targets agreed in annual budget, and establishing fundamentals for long term performance of the segment.
Achieve a balanced growth of the Personal banking segment by maximizing market share, client and staff satisfaction.
Develop (and keep improving) comprehensive Value Proposition for Personal banking.
Supervise Telesales unit to make high sales and drive patronage from customers in a cost efficient way Develop and execute comprehensive value proposition for emerging segment(Kids, teens and youth)
Requirements
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Mandatory)
Revenue growth
Balance sheet growth
Revenue per customer
Cost management and efficiency
Product Holding Per Customer (PPC)
Active accounts / active customers growth in the segment
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)
First degree
Possession of a post-graduate degree (MBA or MSc is an added advantage)
Min 8 years experience in Banking which includes 3 years in managerial level.
