Job Description

    Looking for Certified Scrum Master professional with 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and assuring their timely delivery. Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and exhibiting an intrinsic understanding of requirements analysis and stakeholder relations. Motivated and self-disciplined leader with an ability to see both the full picture of a project, while also focusing on day-to-day execution.


  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified Agile Leader is a plus
  • Extensive experience in Management Consulting(10+ years of experience)
  • Extensive Experience in AI Programs (Smart Mobility and Smart City)
  • Extensive experience in Project/Program Management
  • Extensive experience in Operating Model Design and Organizational Transformation
  • Extensive experience in working, creating, and managing digital products
  • Extensive experience in Strategy Formulation and Execution
  • Extensive experience in managing digital transformation programs
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Extensive experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English and Arabic
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Data Visualization/Analysis Tools


Requirements

  • Assess the current interaction model between the SE department and the other business units and support functions in the company
  • Design the rules of engagement and interaction and governance model that support the SE department in executing its new mandate
  • Define an actionable roadmap of improvement initiatives
  • Support in the implementation of the quick-wins and selected initiatives
  • Design, document, and implement the process for cascading the department scorecard to all the sub-departments of SE
  • Design, document, and implement the process for evaluating the performance of the department s team members against their corresponding scorecards
  • Develop the required templates to support the evaluation of the performance of the various team members
