Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests requests are attended to in a timely manner Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service Qualifications: Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential Previous experience in a similar role is an asset Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service Good communication skills with ability to speak fluent English.
