Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning implementing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a creative and datadriven professional with a deep understanding of social media advertising trends excellent communication skills and the ability to drive measurable results. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute effective ad campaigns that align with our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies.

Identify target audiences and define campaign objectives.

Research and select appropriate social media platforms for each campaign.

2. Ad Creation and Content Strategy

Collaborate with the creative team to design eyecatching ad creatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all ad campaigns.

3. Campaign Execution:

Set up and launch advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Instagram etc.

Monitor ad performance in realtime and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.

A/B test ad variations to optimize campaign effectiveness.

4. Budget Management:

Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure campaign objectives are met within budget constraints.

Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for optimization.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze ad campaign data and provide insights to improve performance.

Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team and senior management.

6. Stay Current with Trends:

Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in social media advertising algorithms.

Recommend and implement best practices and innovations in the field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.

• Proven experience in social media advertising with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

• Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Facebook Blueprint Google Ads certification) are a plus.
