Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO
Specialty: Family Medicine (BC/BE)
Start Date: Targeting February 19th
End Date: May 24th
Length of Assignment: 3month assignment
Credentialing Timeframe: 34 weeks potentially less
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 85 PM
Patient Volume: 1518 patients/day
Procedures: Comfortable seeing all ages and treating all aspects of Primary Care
EMR: EPIC
Licensure Needed: Active and clean FL license
Certifications Needed: DEA BLS Must be Board Certified or truly BE
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:Primary Care
Other additional pertinent information: MD and APP on staff 12 MA s per MD/DO and RN s in office with Office Manager
