Are you a skilled professional with 24 years of experience in Workers Compensation Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team and make a significant impact on incident claim liability mitigation through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders and managing high case loads <900.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into workers compensation claims.
- Assess and analyze claim information to ensure accurate and fair settlements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective claims resolution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth claims process.
Requirements
Preferred:
- Experience managing a third party insurance agent like Travelers insurance
- Claims Adjuster License
- Multistate claims management
Required:
- Associates degree in Business Risk Management or related field is required
- 24 years of handson experience primarily in Workers Compensation and General liability claims.
- Indepth knowledge of claim investigation and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with relevant laws multistate regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
