NOW HIRING! **Auto Parts Counter Sales
- Greeting customers
- Finding out what the needs of the customer are and solving their problem.
- Relay all necessary information regarding costs parts and work needed.
- Know different kinds of parts sold and be able to give details to the customer.
- Handling cash and credit card payments
- Keeping the front counter and lobby clean
Requirements
- Must be able to work with computers and able to learn company software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong record keeping skills.
- The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers nontechnical descriptions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must have 25 years of experience in the trucking industry.
Benefits
