Job Description

This is a remote position.

HR:
  • Managing linkedin inbox sending templated outreach emails to potential candidates responding with templated replies
  • Assisting the HR specialist with scheduling interviews and candidate testing
  • Admin support for new staff onboards and exits

Marketing:
  • Research and data entry for new leads in the CRM
  • Assisting sales team with adding notes and other key data points on active deals in the CRM
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist on other admin tasks relating to various marketing channels including Social Media eDM Event Management


Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar admin role
  • Strong English language and communication skills
  • Entry level role looking for an opportunity to grow their career in either marketing or HR in a firm
  • Has strong commitment to career development and a strong and supportive culture

At least 4 + years experience in executive assistant or in a similar administrative role Experience with an Accounts Administration Role Proficiency in office software and productivity tools. Quickbooks Experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desired Skills or Qualifications: Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in rental properties a plus
