- Ensures that the Company operates within current employment law.
- Manage the onboarding, orientation, induction program for new joiners.
- Manage the government relations and all matters related to expats.
- Recruit full-time, temporary, contractual, and recruit local and international talent.
- Update the Applicant Tracking sheet, Recruitment dashboard, Manpower data and all related systems/Reports.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment (reviewing job descriptions, job posting, candidates sourcing and prescreening, scheduling interviews, background investigation, references check.
