• Shift: Mon Fri 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM
  
• Work setup: Flexible work arrangement
  

• Collate all applicant documentation to ensure timely applications.
  
• Gather supporting documents for loans.
  
• Prepare serviceability calculators for clients by interpreting financial data.
  
• Request pricing discounts and negotiate strong offers from competing banks.
  
• Prepare loan lodgements.
  
• Run files through compliance checklists.
  
• Adhere to strict timeframes and deadlines for loan applications.
  
• Collect information from lenders for existing clients and maintain a database.
  
• Verify potentially fraudulent items such as conflicting addresses and flag them to the broker.
  
• Research lender offerings and prepare product comparison grids.
  
• Manage and assist existing clients with requests (repricing refixing loans variations etc.).
  
• Chase lenders for status updates keeping the broker and applicant informed.
  
• Chase valuation status updates.
  
• Handle postsettlement activities and any rework.
  
• Key all information into the broker CRM keeping records uptodate.
  
• Attach scanned files to CRM records.
  
• Assist with lead generation marketing sales and operational tasks.
  

• A college degree holder.
  
• 23 years of endtoend US loan processing experience.
  
• Preferably with experience in a similar role at a mortgage lending institution.
  
• Attention to detail is a musthave skill.
  
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  
• Ability to assess complex loan applications.
  
• Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
  
• Experience with Mercury ApplyOnline and Broker engine or similar CRM systems.
  
• Highly computer literate in Excel Word and webbased processing systems.
