Join our dynamic team as an Associate Electrical Engineer where youll utilize your technical skills in building services systems on innovative projects both in the US and internationally. Youll work closely with clients architects and other team members to produce detailed designs manage projects and mentor junior engineers. Your role involves balancing client needs with our companys policies and staying updated with relevant legislation.
Collaborate with various teams to create detailed design drawings and specifications
Manage project discipline engineers and technicians ensuring quality
Take charge of engineering solutions from concept to detailed design
Prepare technical specifications and monitor financial performance of projects
Keep senior staff updated and mentor junior engineers
Organize and manage workload to meet deadlines and client commitments
Contribute to profitable project delivery
Experience Required: 8 years in electrical engineering design preferably in sectors like Higher Education Museums Commercial Transportation Hubs and Stadiums.
Education Required: Bachelors or Master s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Credentials: Professional Engineer (P.E.) LEED AP accredited.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit familiarity with electrical fault analysis and lighting design software.
Extensive experience in electrical engineering design within the building services and construction industry.
Excellent technical knowledge and problemsolving skills in electrical systems.
Strong clientfacing and communication skills capable of presenting to highlevel stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and within a teambased organization.
