Job Summary:

The primary objective of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner is to ensure the delivery of endtoend recruiting success to meet business requirements. This is accomplished by overseeing the talent requirement calibration identifying job requirements and establishing qualification criteria for candidates. These measures are essential for conducting quality checks and generating operational reports that hold significant value for stakeholders.

To succeed in this role you must have indepth experience with hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy; recruiting procedures from advertising job openings to designing and maintaining a talent acquisition process which includes the description measurements definitions and reporting/recruitment analytics. Handson experience in recruitment marketing as well as in online and offline sourcing techniques will be advantageous.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the escalation point for the team and stakeholders. Helps solve problems with a cando attitude to make sure that things keep moving.
  • Participates during calibration calls with the hiring managers to further understand the client s business and hiring needs. Serves as an escalation point while in the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
  • Quality Audits. Regularly assess and measure the effectiveness and success of recruiting efforts to ensure satisfaction among business partners peers and leadership.
  • Monitor hiring performance against Service Level Agreements and flag potential issues keep track of recruiting requirements targets and deadlines
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Department internal stakeholders Sales and the Client Services team to ensure we are on track of the hiring requirements
  • Provide night shift coverage to ensure business continuity taking ownership of scheduled client interviews and calibration sessions.
  • Represents Booth & Partners as a tribe whose main goal is to match candidates to the positions and clients they can work along with effectively for long term.
  • Be the company ambassador. Highlights lifestyle advantages of working with Booth and Partners.

Adhoc:

  • Endorses candidates to hiring managers as required
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about hiring requirement updates
  • Continually reviews the operation of existing processes together with the manager recommends and implements improvements sourcing methods tools and software job advertisement options and recruitment software
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs process requisition reviews and send reports to ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee and work with concerned departments on successful new hires onboarding



Requirements


  • BS degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner Talent Acquisition Business Partner Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with clients hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting in a Recruitment Consulting Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Strong presentation organization time management and decisionmaking skills
  • Analytical and processoriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in Zoho Recruit or any Applicant Tracking Systems resume databases and/or CRM
  • Computer and internet savvy with advanced handson experience of Microsoft and Google Enterprise tools (ie Word Excel Google Sheets Google Dogs Google Slides)
  • Good knowledge of Philippine labor legislation
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Owner mindset with an ability to be handson in all aspects of the role
  • Capacity to understand a client s business wants and needs
  • Demonstrated commitment and passion for customer success both candidates and hiring managers
  • Active team player and selfstarter who can identify and understand priorities
  • Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner
  • Desire to learn more and refine technical/soft skills
  • Exceptional English communications both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays 9PM6AM Philippines Time work schedule and be flexible according to business needs (8am to 5pm initially while in transition to the role)
  • Amenable to work inoffice while on training and as the business requires
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS

Track record of success and achievement demonstrated in sustainability, environmental sciences, corporate social responsibility, community relations, or a related field. Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor s Degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Social Science, or a related field is a plus. Outcome-driven customer-centric mindset, ability. Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who can work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units. Superb written and verbal communication skills are required.
