Role Description :
The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care for a specific group of assigned patients, ensuring the coordination of care between other disciplines, physicians, and support staff. Performs professional nursing duties that incorporate the psychosocial, psychomotor, and age-appropriate cognitive skills of the patient/family/significant other to assess, plan, intervene and advocate for the patient on an on-going basis throughout the continuum of care.
Responsibilities :
Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.

Requirements of Registered Nurse :
Professional State License, Sex Offender Background Check, EPLS Sanctionbase("Attach scanned EPLS report from website () or result provided by third party screening company dated within past 30 days into candidate's record in TrinityVMS. All Aliases must be searched."), Covid Vaccine *No Declination("Provide proof of COVID-19 shot required for *all* contractors at all RHMs effective Sept 21, 2021. Attestation or Exemption uploaded into Trinity VMS. Only acceptable exemption is from doctor for medical reason or clergy for religious reason. "), ENDOSCOPY EXPERIENCE FOR MIN 2 YEARS

Valid Picture ID(Driver's license, State ID, or Passport), Nursys, Active Professional State RN License, BLS (if required for position)(American Heart Association or Red Cross), Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (CA hospitals)(Available for free at )
