Project Overview:

This initiative seeks to involve Medical Professionals and participants in a compensated voluntary role for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) research study. The project spans 90 days with a minimum onsite commitment of 3 days per week. The Recruiter will manage relationships with medical school programs coordinating the scheduling of medical professionals and patient studies within the partnered programs.

Internship Overview:As a Recruiter Intern at MCE Sourcing youll play a pivotal role in supporting our AI Data Collection Project.This internship is designed for those with an interest in HR and recruiting providing a platform for talent development and professional growth. No prior experience is necessary; were looking for individuals with a strong ability to follow processes excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. We are particularly interested in those looking to transition from Higher Education into new career paths such as Recruiting IT HR and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting resume review and sourcing for the AI Data Collection Project.
• Managing the endtoendrecruitment process from scheduling interviews to conducting phone screening.
• Collaborating with the CEO to ensure timely updates and adherence to project requirements.
• Updating Project Management Plan with the guidance of the Project Manager
• Scheduling and Onboarding
