Job Title: Remote Onboarding Specialist

Pay :$20.00/hr

Part Time but with some project may require more hours

Responsibilities:

As a Remote Onboarding Specialist you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for MCE (Market Research Consumer and Employment) candidates to our Data Collection system. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. MCE Candidate Onboarding:
    • Guide candidates through the onboarding process for our Data Collection system.
    • Ensure that candidates understand the requirements procedures and benefits of participating in data collection activities.
  2. Paid to Participate Participant Tracking:
    • Track the progress of Paid to Participate participants ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks and Paid Collections.
    • Provide support and assistance to participants addressing any onboardingrelated inquiries or concerns and concerns with the Data Collection Tasks.
  3. Gig Opportunities Scheduling:
    • Work on scheduling gig opportunities for participants based on their preferences and availability.
    • Collaborate with the scheduling team to optimize participant engagement and participation in data collection activities.
  4. Career Hire Onboarding Support:
    • Assist recruiters in onboarding new hires for career positions within the organization.
    • Collaborate with HR and other teams to streamline the onboarding process for permanent hires.
  5. Remote Collaboration:
    • Work remotely to effectively coordinate onboarding activities.
    • Utilize virtual communication tools to stay connected with candidates participants and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in HR talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Experience in onboarding for market research consumer or employment purposes.
  • Comfortable with navigating thru various platforms and systems
  • MSProject Manager would be nice but not required.
